How do I update a Client's name or Social Security Number once Her/his record has already been created in ServicePoint?

Follow the steps below:
- Look up client record.
- Open the client's record.
- Click on the Client Profile tab.
- Click on the pencil icon next to the subtitle "Client Record".
- Update the information.
- Click the save button.
Always double check your changes by clicking on the Summary Tab.
